Tom Harrington – Vice President
Tom literally has grown up in the control panel and distribution business. His father, Bill Harrington, founder of Grant Industrial Controls, purchased CDI in 1988. Through the years, Tom has worked many positions in both companies, providing him with the knowledge and experience necessary to be a vital force now and for years to come.
David J. Nemcsik – Vice President/General Manager
Dave started with CDI in Production in 1982. His strong aptitude and education helped propel him through the organization to his current position. His responsibilities include all operational aspects along with estimating and sales. His years of experience, knowledge, and dedication to customers have been instrumental in the longstanding relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Barbara Giblock – Vice President of Finance
Barb and her staff, handle all the financial aspects at CDI. She truly understands not only the product we build, but the raw materials and components used for manufacturing. That comes with the territory since her father is Bill Harrington, founder of Grant Industrial Controls. Barb also handles many of the human resource issues that come with running a small business. Barb graduated from Penn State with a BS in Finance.
Rob Guillen – Manufacturing Support Manager
From receiving of raw material, to crating of the finish product, Rob and his team have performed many tasks critical to supporting the manufacturing and shipment of the finished product. Rob wears a few other “manager hats” including Hiring, Safety, and JLG Production. Rob graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in Management.
Michael Marmol – Quality Manager/Electrical Design Engineer
Mike started with CDI in 2011 as an Electrical Design Engineer. He has served our customers well in all technical areas, from component selection and panel layout to electrical schematic generation. In 2017 Michael also took on the role as manager of our ISO9001 certified quality program. His previous experience consulting on industrial control systems and regulatory compliance for the pharmaceutical industry makes him a great fit for this new role.
Bob Ruscitto – Erie Manager
Since starting at CDI in 2007, Bob has been at the forefront of our Erie Operation. Bob coordinates most aspects of our Erie facility including production, administrative concerns, and some sales opportunities. Prior to CDI Bob had over 20 years in the high-speed assembly automation industry. His manufacturing experience includes applications/sales engineering, machine/panel electrician, machine development installation, and service.
Bill Russell – Sales/Estimating
Bill has been with CDI since 1996 where he started in Production and moved to the Sales/Estimating department. Over the past few years, Bill has been responsible for the lion’s share of customer quotations as well as developing and serving many key customer accounts. His thoroughness is evident in providing detailed, accurate quotations based on the customer requirement
